New York Cloak and Suit House
Early 1900's rare vintage faux sealskin Victorian coat in a plush black textured velvet. This coat is from The New York Cloak and Suit House in San Francisco. This coat looks like sealskin but I believe it is a faux sealskin made from a silk velvet. Beautiful coat with black fur collar and lined in rayon or silk with nice covered buttons.
This coat is in amazing condition - fits up to a size 42" bust with 24" sleeves and 47" long from the nape of the neck. Excellent find from the late Victorian or early Edwardian era.
